New and Improved - Where I've Been, Part 2!!! NOW WITH ADDED PICTURES!!!

Ok.  I'm just NOT going to re-post.  It'd take too long.  But if you didn't read it the first time, go here.

Let me set the scene for you.  We had to arrive a bit early, to take the family pictures.  Here is what you drive up to (and this is one of the smaller houses on the block).

We took pictures here.

In and of itself, that was pretty much a jumble-fuck.  Lots of people.  She's one of four kids, and then there's the four of us....and the cameras and the party planners.....

Finally we took some pictures of my family with fiancee.

I'm the red-head.

We took just the siblings (and sibling-in-law).  Again, I'm the red-head.

Then we took pictures of me with my brother and fiancee.

Lord only knows why I was positioned there.  He's my brother.

People started arriving as we were finishing the picture taking.  Now, keep in mind, I'm not posting every picture, there were hundreds of them.

But pretty soon, the foyer looked like this,

and the wonder-couple made their grand entrance.

Then we all went down to the basement.  Remember the one I described?  The small town?

That last picture is the bar.  Uh huh.

And this greeted you on the dance floor.

Professionals.

And there was bellydancing.  Oh my, was there bellydancing.  Yasmeena rocks.

Thats a lit candelabra on her noggin.

She tried to get my dad to dance with her, but he was chicken.

She did get my brother to dance though.

My brother is a ham.  He's also flexible and can dance, so I'm really glad this was caught on video.  It was hilarious.

There was toasting.

That could've been my 8th or 9th glass of champagne.  I stopped counting.  I trained the bartender to give me a glass every time I got near the bar.

Then fiancee and her flamenco troupe/class danced.

Fiancee's mom and Yasmeena are the ones on the far right.

Oh.  I forgot the serving room.  With dinner.

There were more tables, I'm just not up to showing them all.

And dessert.

There were more desserts too.  And servers dressed up like old fashioned cabaret/theater refreshment sellers, with trays (or flying monkeys, if you prefer), but I'm not showing those pictures either.

There was dancing until the wee-hours.  And my feet hurt at the memory.  But fun.

Good stuff, huh?
