Wild Thingdom.

You almost thought I said Wild Kindgom, didn't you?

But hush, today you will get to see something that you will rarely ever get to see as they're almost completely extinct.

A Sydney So-busyus.  Genus:  Cutus Doggyus, subgenus:  Fuzzy Puppy Butt.

I was able to capture some rare photos of one.  In his natural habitat no less.  And he WASN'T EVEN MOVING!  Well, barely.  (Ignore the messy office please.  No comments Christine.  NO comments.)

He looked straight at the camera!!!  I held my breath the whole time.  It was fascinating, I tell you.  Fascinating.

Am I the only one getting chills?

And then look.  On the occasion of this particular Sydney So-busyus's 12th birthday, I was even able to get a picture of him in one of his most vulnerable states.

Nappin'.

I was so close I could even hear the little snores coming from his button nose.

I feel like the Crocodile Hunter and that Ape Lady all rolled into one, don't you?

Happy Sydney's birthday everyone.  (I'd say screw St. Patrick's day, but I'd probably get iced by the Irish mafia if I did.)
