Thai cops punished by Hello Kitty .  It has to be real.  I saw it on the BBC news headlines.

I wonder if it can be used here effectively.  Do you think those guys who have to pick up trash on the side of the roads as community service would be less likely to re-offend if they had to do it wearing Hello Kitty garb?
