Only 22 lbs of alpaca remain in my living room.  Thank goodness.

Unfortunately though, I have three pairs of socks and  a baby sweater still on the needles.  And I've got spindles upon spindles of fiber I've been spinning, with no place to put them.  Though I did buy 2 more niddy noddies tonite so I can wind some of it off of them.  What the hell is wrong with me?

I'm pretty sure that sometime in the 1980's I was promised that I'd have a jet pack or a hover car by now.  Or at least by 2010.  Sure hope they're working on those.  I expect at least one promise to be kept.  Its not like I'm going to have the benefit of social security, right?
